These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded between the company TinyLabubu (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") placing an order on the website tinylabubu.com.

1. Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer in connection with the sale of products featured on the website. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products

The products offered are collectible items, figurines, and accessories presented on the website.

Photos, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Minor variations may occur without incurring any liability on the part of the Seller.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

Delivery charges are not included unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders

Confirming an order on the website constitutes an electronic signature with the same legal value as a handwritten signature.

Once the order is confirmed, the Customer receives a summary email.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, or a manifest error.

5. Payment

7. Receiving Packages

The Customer must check the condition of the package and the products upon receipt.

In case of damage, an opened package, or a missing product, the Customer must file a claim with the carrier and contact TinyLabubu support within 48 hours.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Customer has 14 business days to exercise their right of return in accordance with applicable law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error by the Seller or a defective product.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the return, via the same payment method used for the order.

Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

10. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product, modification by the Customer, or improper use.

The Seller cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure.

11. Intellectual Property
