In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or not meeting the above conditions may be refused.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or personalization reasons, some products cannot be returned (if applicable).
Examples: custom-made products, personalized limited editions, opened sealed items.

Send your package and keep the proof of postage.
